Denise Rouse provides (organization assessments and development) executive coaching, leadership development training, facilitation and behavioral change management support to people and organizations in transition. She coaches diverse professionals as they align their individual achievements to organizational goals, identify critical success factors for both and streamline essential job functions. Her experience with work and people management issues informs her approach when helping professionals navigate leadership, relationship, performance and communication challenges inherent in their roles.
Denise has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland University College and is a graduate of the American University Masters of Science in Organizational Development. She actively supports the MSOD program as a Learning Community Facilitator and Practicum Advisor.
