Consult with company executives following a major reorganization to form a new administrative team. Provide visioning exercises, role clarification, and business process redesign.

Consult to the transition of a new leader of a 500 person service unit by designing and facilitating a comprehensive change management plan, including an initial survey-feedback needs assessment process, a consensual group planning effort, and consultation with all departments as they defined their Missions, Goals, and Objectives. Provide follow-up services, including role clarification, conflict negotiation, and team building for administrators and line workers.

Provide shadow consulting to senior managers in areas of management style, personnel problems, and group climate.

Guide multiple team development efforts in a large, international non-profit organization, including start-ups, renewals, and virtual team. Use both interview and instrument-based feedback methods.


Research, design and deliver tailored training programs which explore the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed by effective managers; utilize a variety of adult learning methodologies, including role plays, small group exercises, lectures, videotaped models, case studies, guided reflection and action planning. Manage the production of participant materials and seminar logistics.
